Update account information

Step 1: Click "Update profile" button.

Step 2: Update account information.

• The fields marked with * are required.

• After completing the input, select confirm in the checkbox, and then input protect code.

Step 3: Save account information

• Click Button "Save Setting" to complete updating information process.
• Click " I understand and continue" . You will receive the message confirming the successful account update.

Withdraw agreement

If there is a request to opt out of VNG Cloud collecting personal information, your business serving for VNG Cloud services to you. You can choose this function to delete the registered information.

Step 1 : Click "Update profile" button.

Step 2: Click " Withdraw agreement" in the bottom screen:

Step 3: Input protect code and click "Withdraw agreement" to confirm

The next screen as shown in the following screen:

Click "Close", the following screen:

Within 3 days, you can cancel the withdrawal request by selecting the 'Cancel Withdrawal Request' function. If you do not cancel the request, VNG Cloud will proceed to delete your account while complying with data retention regulations.

De-active my account

In Case, you need de-active account, you could implement the following step:

Step 1: Click "Update profile" button.

Step 2: Click " De-active my account"

Bước 3: Input protect code and click "De-active my account" to confirm

Within 3 days, you can cancel the account deletion request by selecting the 'Cancel Account Deletion Request' function. If you do not cancel the request, VNG Cloud will proceed to delete your account while complying with data storage regulations.
