# Export logs

To export the logs data you just searched for, follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to vMonitor Platform [here.](https://hcm-3.console.vngcloud.vn/vmonitor)
2. Select the Log folder **.**
3. Select **Log search** .
4. Perform a search for logs according to the instructions at [Search logs](https://docs-vngcloud-vn.translate.goog/vng-cloud-document/v/vn/vmonitor/dashboards/logs/lam-viec-voi-log-search/search-logs) .
5. Select **Export** . We offer you 2 options including:
   1. Export to **Dashboard**
      1. Enter **Widget name** : widget name must comply with our regulations, details can be found at [Widget](https://docs-vngcloud-vn.translate.goog/vng-cloud-document/v/vn/vmonitor/dashboards/dashboard/widget) .
      2. Select **the Dashboard** you want to contain this Widget. You can only choose one of the **custom Dashboards** .
      3. Select **Export.** After performing **export to dashboard** , the system will automatically create a **widget with the type of search log** chart on **the Dashboard** that the user chooses.
6. Download as **CSV**

When you export **logs** data to a CSV file, if the number of log records is less than **10,000** records, the system will support you to export this data. If the number of your log records exceeds **10,000** , use the **Export to dashboard** feature or add a search log condition to reduce the number of logs.
