Change Password Guide

Step 1: Directly access the link https://register.vngcloud.vn/resetpwd or https://my.vngcloud.vn and then select 'Forgot Password?'

Step 2: Enter the Email address you used for registration and the Security Code. Then press Reset Password.

You will receive a notification as below.

Please check your email with the subject "VNG CLOUD - Reset Password." Click on this link to proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Fill in all the required information as requested. In the OTP Confirmation section, please click the "Send OTP" button to receive the OTP via the email you registered.

After that, please check your email again. You will receive an email titled "VNG CLOUD - Password Changed" that the password has been successfully changed and will be redirected to the login page. Finally, log in to the system with the newly reset password.
