# Change Password Guide

**Step 1:** Directly access the link <https://register.vngcloud.vn/resetpwd> or [https://my.vngcloud.vn](https://my.vngcloud.vn/) and then select '**Forgot Password?**'

**Step 2**: Enter the Email address you used for registration and the Security Code. Then press **Reset Password**.

You will receive a notification as below.

Please check your email with the subject "GreenNode - Reset Password." Click on this link to proceed to Step 3.

**Step 3**: Fill in all the required information as requested. In the **OTP Confirmation** section, please click the "**Send OTP**" button to receive the OTP via the email you registered.

After that, please check your email again. You will receive an email titled "**GreenNode - Password Changed**" that the password has been successfully changed and will be redirected to the **login page**. Finally, log in to the system with the newly reset password.
