# Step 1: Create a project

To start using the service, you need to create a project. A Project is a term on vStorage that represents a storage package with a specific capacity that you purchase on GreenNode. **With Region HAN02, at time&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;">**you can own up to 10 Projects**</mark>**&#x20;and use them to organize your data storage.**

Create a project by following the steps below:

1. Log in to [https://vstorage.console.vngcloud.vn](https://vstorage.console.vngcloud.vn/storage/list). If you don't have an account, register for free [here](https://register.vngcloud.vn/signup).
2. Select **Region HAN02.**
3. Select **Create a Project.**
4. Enter **Project Name**
5. Select the appropriate **Billing method** according to your needs. We will provide you with 2 types **Pay monthly** and **Pay as you go**.
6. Select the appropriate **Project type** (package) according to your needs. Currently in region HAN02, we will provide you with 2 types of storage packages **Gold** and **Instant Archive**. For more information on pricing, please refer to [Pricing](/vng-cloud-document/vstorage/object-storage/cach-tinh-phi.md).
7. Select **the Quota** (storage capacity) you want.
8. Select **Period** according to your needs.
9. **Go through the Checkout** steps and your **Project** will be created.
