## Region HCM-04, HAN-02

Region **HCM-04** và **HAN-02** sử dụng bộ metrics mới ở cấp **bucket** (`vstorage.bucket_*`). Hậu tố `_rate` biểu thị tốc độ theo giây (ví dụ `bytes_sent_rate` là bytes/s). Các metric percentile/histogram chi tiết mặc định không hiển thị trong dashboard, nên bật thêm khi cần phân tích performance.
