# Truy cập vào vColo customer portal

Bạn cần **đăng ký tài khoản** và **kích hoạt tài khoản** sử dụng dịch vụ vColo thì mới có thể truy cập vào vColo customer portal

1. Để đăng ký tài khoản hãy làm theo hướng dẫn: [hướng dẫn đăng ký](/vng-cloud-document/vn/huong-dan-su-dung-tai-khoan/dang-ky-tai-khoan.md)
2. Sau khi có tài khoản, hãy liên hệ với bộ phận hỗ trợ KH của GreenNode để được kích hoạt tài khoản dịch vụ vColo
3. Tiến hành đăng nhập theo hướng dẫn sau:

* Mở trình duyệt web và truy cập vào địa chỉ: [vcolo.vngcloud.vn](https://vcolo.vngcloud.vn/).
* Chọn **SIGN IN WITH ROOT USER ACCOUNT** *(hệ thống chưa hỗ trợ đăng nhập bằng tài khoản IAM)*
* Nhập thông tin đăng nhập của bạn, bao gồm **địa chỉ email** và **mật khẩu**.
* Nhấn vào nút "**Đăng nhập**" để tiếp tục.
